The Verricchia family started selling soft ice cream at the Cambridge College Backs in 1966. Founded by father Ivo Verricchia the family, mother Edivige, brothers Carlo, Guilio and sister Ivetta have expanded with Ice Cream vans selling at all the villages around Cambridge and adding Real Dairy Ice Cream carts that are sited at some of Cambridge’s historic locations.
