Ticket Terms and Conditions

Joining Us at LodeStar
Welcome! We want everyone to have an amazing, safe time at our festival. By buying a ticket, you agree to these simple house rules and those on the Information page. Remember, you are booking for a full festival experience, not just a single concert!

Tickets and Age Rules
Age Limits: You must be 18years old or older to book tickets.
Child Tickets: Maximum of TWO under 16 years per Adult (18+). Maximum of FOUR 16 - 18year olds per Adult (18+).
Paying: Please make sure you have the cardholder's permission before you buy.
Bringing Friends: If you are booking for an adult guest, they must be 18 or older.
Discounts: Referral codes only work for the specific person they were given to.
Free Tickets: Everyone who qualifies for a free ticket such as a carer must still book one to get in.
Refunds: All tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the festival is cancelled.
Entry and Exit times - please observe your Day Ticket and All Days Ticket times.

Proving Your Age and Identity
Buying Drinks: We use the Challenge 25 policy at our bars. If you look under 25, we will ask for photo ID.
Getting In: We might ask to see proof of your identity at the gate.
Keep Safe: Please bring a secure photo ID, like a driving licence or citizen card. We recommend leaving your passport safely at home so you do not lose it!

Safety and Security
Bag Searches: Our team may search you and your bags at the gate. This keeps everyone safe. If you refuse, we cannot let you in, and we cannot give a refund.
Be Kind: We do not tolerate anti-social behaviour. Anyone acting unsafely will be asked to leave without a refund.
Entry Rights: We reserve the right to refuse entry to protect the safety of the festival.

Parking and Camping
Car Parks: Please only park in our designated car park. Do not park on local roads. This blocks traffic and upsets our neighbours. If you park outside our zones, you may be refused entry.
No Sleeping in Cars: You cannot camp or sleep overnight in the car park.
Tents and Vans: No vehicles are allowed in the tent camping area. Campervans and caravans must stay 6 metres apart for fire safety. You can put tents in the campervan area, but vehicles cannot go into the tent areas that have no vehicle lanes. Observe the 5mph speed limit at all times.
Camping tickets are only applicable to holders of All Days Tickets.

Pets and Glass
For safety reasons, no dogs, pets, or glass items are allowed anywhere on site.

No Smoking Festival
The Fields of LodeStar remain a non-smoking area in respect for your health, the NHS and the environment.
